Meet Chip Sutton
 

Chip Sutton is a native New Englander and a resident of Londonderry, New Hampshire. He is married to Nina, who is a licensed Mental Health Counselor. He has three children, Jessica, David and Ryan. 

Chip has a background in Pastoral Ministry and has served as a Baptist Minister in NH churches for a period of nearly twenty years. He has brought with him into his Real Estate work the same sense of caring, honesty and sensitivity that characterized his ministry. 

Chip studied graphic arts and design at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and graduated with his BA from Gordon College in Wenham, MA. He got his Mdiv. from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, MA. 

He began his Real Estate career in Methuen, MA as a Realty World affiliate, after graduating from the Harris School of Real Estate. He later joined Prudential Verani Realty in Londonderry, NH where he has since been recognized as one of the top producers in the company of over 250 agents. Chip works with buyers and sellers and is sensitive to the needs of both. He does a lot of work with new construction, working closely with a number of area builders. He also does extensive work with Prudential's Relocation Department. 

Chip is a licensed Realtor in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and as such is able to help people with Real Estate needs on both sides of the border. He is a member of the Northeast Association of Realtors, the Granite State South Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Since 1998 he has been a member of the Prudential Multi Million Dollar Club (for consistently having yearly sales of over three million dollars.) In 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004,2005 and 2006, Chip received the Presidents Circle Award and in 2003 the Chairmans Circle Award recognizing his placement among the top 5% of all Realtors within the National Prudential Network. He is also a Prudential Certified Marketing Assistance Specialist, a Certified Destination Services Specialist and a Certified New Homes Specialist. He also has his CRS(Certified Residential Specialist) designation and his SRES(Senior Real Estate Specialist)designation.

She has been active in soccer, competitive swimming, skiing, sailing, hiking and baseball and is grateful New Hampshire can offer opportunities to enjoy these activities and more.
