Chip has a background in Pastoral Ministry and has served as a Baptist Minister in NH churches for a period of nearly twenty years. He has brought with him into his Real Estate work the same sense of caring, honesty and sensitivity that characterized his ministry.

Kim is able to devote most of her energies towards the buying or selling of your home. After working closely with Chip Sutton, a top producer in Southern NH, as his assistant, Chip asked if she would become his partner in the business. Kim's proven success in Real Estate demonstrated to others her ability to conduct business in a pleasant, responsive manner with diligence and loyalty to her clients wants and needs. In becoming a partner in the business, the team is able to cover your buying or selling needs around the clock. Kim is licensed in both NH and MA.
After traveling much of Canada, the West Coast and parts of Europe, Kim finds New Hampshire the corner of the world she enjoys most. New Hampshire offered the education and close community ties Kim knew would give her family a quality life. She has been active in soccer, competitive swimming, skiing, sailing, hiking and baseball and is grateful New Hampshire can offer opportunities to enjoy these activities and more.
Since Kim was immersed in community and schools for 20 years here in the state, she knows first hand of the enrichment activities within the state for public, private and home schooling needs. Her own level of education is at the graduate level and she regards the proper lifestyle for your family as the first concern in buying a home.
Kim often attributes her success in Real Estate to top producer and sister Pamela Maher's advise that to be effective in business, you must listen. References and testimonials cite the fact that Kim heard her client's wants and needs and was able to find the right home and keep negotiations together in order to pull the transaction through till the end. Buying your new home is a serious venture. It can be an absolute pleasure or a massive headache. Kim can help make it an enjoyable and fun adventure for you. Your house is not just your home, it is a serious investment in the dwelling, the area and your future.

Home Inspections >If It Is Broken Fix It
Most houses have a few "little" problems, like leaking faucets, a stove burner that won't light, or electrical outlets with too much "spark". These defects may not seem very important--unless your house is about to go on the market.
We rarely have difficulty getting sellers to agree to paint, replace worn carpets or plant a few flowers in the front yard. These kinds of repairs obviously increase the overall appeal of the property. However, if any of the major systems in your home need maintenance, it is also prudent to have the necessary repairs made. Have your furnace, central air-conditioning system, plumbing and wiring checked as part of your pre-marketing efforts. The best rule is--if it's broken, fix it!
The purchase agreement requires that a house be conveyed with all the systems in working order, and most buyers will bring in a home inspector to identify any potential problems. During the period of time between the "meeting of the minds" and the removal of the inspection contingencies, the buyers are the most vulnerable to an attack of buyer's remorse. This is also the time when anything that hasn't been repaired could become a major issue.
