"I wanted to take a minute to thank you so much for your help in marketing, selling, taking control of , and closing the property. When you came over that one night to talk about your marketing strategy(which I ran into while unpacking yesterday), I knew that we had the right guy for the job. Your positive attitude and technology based approach really seemed to be what we needed for a timely sell and to get what we wanted for the property.
