"I am an investor myself and have been using services of Kim Wells to find properties in NH.

She is very knowledgeable about the area, and very eager to share the information about location, schools, demographics, trends in real estate.
She have been very helpful to identify problems of the properties and point them out to me as you would expect a buyer agent, but not many agents do.
